The Spend Exposure Index is a short workbook a procurement or finance leader completes privately. It scores a set of statements about how spend is governed and where it is concentrated, and returns a view of where the exposure sits.
It takes a few minutes. It asks for no spend figures, no supplier names and no commercially sensitive detail, and nothing entered into it is shared with MomentumX or with anyone else — the workbook is completed on the reader's own machine.
The result is a starting point for a conversation rather than a diagnosis. Where a score suggests a category worth examining, a Confidential Spend Review takes it further on real data under a non-disclosure agreement.
An email address is needed to send the workbook and to know who has asked for it. It is not passed to anyone else.
